If you want to save flash files, do it the easy way with Save Flash. It is a toolbar which integrates into the Internet Explorer browser. It mainly saves macromedia flash files (.swf) from any web page.
     Once you install the program it is very easy to use. You just need to open the toolbar on the page containing the flash files you are interested in. When the program finds flash files on the page Save Flash toolbar becomes colored. A dialog window will open with the list of all files. The preview area will display the first file. The list of the files you can save get saved in the bottom panel. Some of its other features are Save Flash that it shows the size of the flash-file you want to save. It displays URL and name of file and saves it to the chosen directory. It also allows you to browse enlarged picture in a preview window.
