Battle for Moscow lets you feel the heat and tension of battlefields through your computer.
It is a computerized version of a traditional war game. The basic concept behind the game is the battle which took place in 1941 when the Germans attempted to conquer Moscow. But the Russians defended Moscow with all their courage and might. What happened back then might not be repeated now in this game as you battle either as an offender or a defender. It is a turn based war game. The use of classic rules such as rail movement, replacements, hex movements, ZOC’s, combat odds and variable/historical weather add the old-time glory to the scenarios. The background is designed in the likes of a map with an average of fifty units. The game comprises of two scenarios. There is a player representing the German army and the other representing the Soviet army.
You would be surprised how involved you could get in the strategies and essence of the battle.
