All versions of Microsoft Windows don't let us do too much on default. There are but basic functions provided; more features and tweaks are usually hidden deep in the system registry and can be brought out by a skillful systems administrator or shell enhancement software.      Send To Toys is a tool that enhances context menu. That is, right-button menu. This small utility adds three new items to the 'Send TO' submenu: 'Clipboard (as name)', 'Folder…' and 'Run…'. The Clipboard entry lets you copy the full path to the file or folder in question. The Folder entry lets you copy a file, a selection of files or folders to a specified folder on your system. Last but not least, the Run entry opens up the Run window from the start menu.
