There are always places to go to and things to do. Work, study, domestic chores, you name it. Why don't you leave the world full of troubles and responsibilities to enjoy playing a good puzzle game for a couple of hours? Today we would like to introduce you to Arcade Lines, a great-looking puzzle game.
Arcade Lines is a lines clone game with certain amendments and additions to the original game. It is played on a 9x9 board and the goal of the game is, of course, to line up five or more balls of one color so that they disappear and you earn points. Apart from the colored balls, there are quite a few special game pieces that will multiple your score when you construct a line that contains them, come handy when you're short of a particularly colored ball, blow away or blow up your balls.
The scoring system is progressive - the more balls in a line, the more you score. If you manage to build lines in consecutive turns, the score for each next line gets doubled, tripled etc. There's a good statistics page that lets you revere at your skills shown at the current game or in all games. The levels are multiple: both a novice and an expert lines player will find their challenge. The evaluation version comes with a few tolerable restrictions, but if you want to get the most of the game, consider buying it - it's certainly worth your while.
