Computers let us immerse into another reality. In fact, they let us live several lives and become whatever we want to be. The only thing you need to change your life, albeit temporarily, is a good computer game. Today we will have a look at Seawar: The Battles - a quality clone of a classic battleship game.
Seawar: The Battles is a game where you get the chance to live a life of a marine vet, fighting enemy ships. This is a turn-based strategy and simulation game, where you have to get ready for the battle with your fleet to try and defeat the enemy one. The game features four episodes with different ship sets, but the Demo version lets you get the taste of only one - the Classic episode. Another thing that makes the full version of the game more tempting is the fact that you can't win in the Demo.
The game is not that demanding in terms of resources, although it does require DirectX to run. It can be played in single-player or multiplayer mode, the latter being available both via LAN and over the Internet. Download the Demo today and check it out yourself.
