I can’t get the idea of complicated program for just measuring your monitor: in my opinion, simple aim should be reached by the usage of a simple tool. You can easily drag and move this ruler with its Spartan, but functional interface, and small, but full enough list of features and options all over your screen, defining the size of its objects. The program requires Windows 95 and higher. There’s nothing else to say about JR Screen Ruler, except the notorious phrase “It’s simply the best!”
