There are quite a few good clones of the famous Reversi game. Most people have the classic version in their mobile phones, and some enjoy the game on their own PCs, too. But FlipFlop, albeit taking after the original game in principle, carries the educational layer, too.
FlipFlop is a reversi clone with an educational streak. You can play it as a normal reversi game - against one, two or three opponents that can be either other people sharing the PC with you or artificial intelligence of the game engine itself. You can also play it with the educational twist: to make another step you'll have to answer a question first. If you do answer it, you can proceed with your move, if not, you'll have to try again. There are four different quizzes supplied with the game - a math and a couple of bible quizzes. You can create your own quizzes, say, prompting for a foreign word translation or something else. The questions may be straight (a typed answer is required) or multiple choice (you pick the answer from the given ones).
You can also set different playboard sizes and time limits on questions. The game gets really fun and challenging, too, when you spice it up with a quiz. Download it today and check it out yourself.
