The goal is similar to other games they make but they decided to not only make the game immensely harder than the likes of Clickum, but also make you feel inferior by giving you fewer points in the process of your game. But let me tell you, when you finally clear your board with a big nuke, you will feel like a king or queen amongst human kind.

That’s the gist of Scatoms. It’s all about linking similar groups of atoms and destroying them in spectacular explosions using tools to do it if you can help it. Nukes and bombs are on your side. Skull symbols are not and will block your linking maneuvers. There are 2 distinct playing styles. One is a type of critical mass game where the atoms stack and you thwack, frantically trying to stop the piling atoms from achieving critical mass (the end of the board) and ending your game. The other mode is a thing game, where you must link every single dominant atom on the board and then bust them. If you don’t link each one by shifting the atoms around, then you lose.

The sound is top-notch with voices taunting you as you mess up another game but beckoning you to give it another go. The graphics look great, too full of color and a nice unique flair.
