Enables access to the Start Menu from any application, any where on the screen, via a menu activated by a right click. The menu also lists all running applications, allowing task switching without using the Taskbar. The Start Or Switch menu will not obscure any context menu that may also be displayed by a right click. You may configure Start Or Switch to popup on a right click anywhere in the screen, on a windows title bar, on a windows menu bar, on the Desktop, or any combination of these.
