      Twinkle Bulbs is, as far as I've seen, the best professional bulb flashing program. No, really, this little Christmas surprise is very sophisticated, even a bit too sophisticated. The program places a line of bulbs at the top, bottom or all around the screen. The bulbs flash in different patterns and have different colors. It also plays simple Christmas melodies, changes your wallpaper and screensaver. Twinkle Bulbs has a tray icon from which you can access all the bulb control panels and some system functions as well. The program allows you to choose the type, size and behaviour of bulbs and create custom illumination scenarios. This is a very solid, very advanced product that is absolutely useless - a very unusual combination. Check it out for a laugh and some Christmas spirit.
