Computer software which forces users to take a break from using their computer after a working consistently for a preconfigured time. GymBreak contains approx 100 illustrations of exercises designed to reduced Occupational Overuse Syndrome. The Program was designed by a qualified Physiotherapist to reduce Occupational Overuse Syndrome from computer use as well minimising Repetitive Stress Injuries.
