WIRM was designed as a simple to use task tray application providing the basic feature set of quickres and the Display Properties control panel applet. It also features advanced features not found in any standard windows controls or tweekUI. Right clicking brings down the main menu with a single click from there you can select any resolution that your monitor/display adapter can support. Using the simple wallpaper manager you can use gif and jpeg images as well as bmps without the degradation in performance and stability that active desktop brings you also get a history of the last five wallpapers that you have used through WIRM.
