     AzureTray is a compact tool that lets you create a list of applications you can quickly launch from the system tray. The easiest way to build the program list is to drag and drop shortcuts from your desktop, the Start menu or Windows Explorer. The icons of the programs in question appear with a tiny asterisk in the system tray. The programs may run either by double- or single-clicking the tray icons.
