Desktop Wallpaper Manager 1.1 helps you to set the wallpaper on your desktop in a desired manner. It has simple options that allow you to change the wallpaper with ease. The software is a good utility for setting different wallpapers at will and managing your desktop.

The software`s downloading and installation process get over in no time at all. The launch screen is smaller in size and shows the various options. With the options on the menu bar it has four main utility options. With the `Add Items` option the wallpapers are open for applying. While setting wallpaper you can see the list of the selected wallpaper on the left side. You can select the whole folder and all the including images will appear in the list. You can have the preview of the wallpaper with your chosen settings with full size on the screen. You can set the configuration to be autosave, minimize to tray, include subfolders, etc. Change the position as you like and you can set the wallpaper and click update to make the changes. You can integrate to shell or add the wallpaper to context menu. The context menu list appears on left and from the right you can select the file, enter header, read, apply and done. You can save the new profiles and the list is shown on the left of the screen in `Profile Management`. The list of the images can be saved also. You can select the display of the toolbar and the status bar. The changes that you made and the image selected by you can be seen on the desktop. If you want to change it you need not to open the program again and again. You can select from the system tray and also the program do not close off after setting the wallpaper. The bar below the screen shows the information about the current profile with name and current list with name.

On the downside of the program may become a bit confusing with the open list icon. As the files are selected with the add item option. The software does not have any help file that the user may consult in case of any difficulty. Beside these the software is good in working and the best part is that it supports both image file formats bitmap and jpeg. Overall we will rate it at 2 stars due to it basic shortcomings that calls for an upgrade.
