Wallrand is a (free) windows program that will act as a background randomizer foryour desktop. It handles 'collections' of bitmaps that can be randomized when the system boots or at a specified time interval. Collections of images are seperate, so multiple users can have personalized background images, or sets of pictures for particular occasions/moods can be grouped together.
