WinRider is a nice program, which scrolls your colored slogan or text on your desktop wallpaper.
You can specify the speed of the text, it's vertical position on desktop, change
direction of scrolling , and select the font of the text,
where you can specify typeface, italic, bold, size of the text & its color.
WinRider has option to select text file as source and to scroll each string from the file.
You can also hide icons on desktop.
