At Windows 95 start-up, Clasp97 brings up a screen where the user must enter a password to exit out of that screen. It also disables things like Ctrl-Alt-Del, Alt-Tab, and any other possible keys someone could use to bypass Clasp97. Clasp97 offers features such as an Intruder Log, Activity Log, Alarm, and more.
