ElecKey is the complete solution for secure electronic software distribution. ElecKey Express uses a secure evaluation licensing method. You must first register for a License Key before you can use ElecKey Express. After you have downloaded ElecKey Express, please follow the instructions below.

1. Unzip the ElecKey Express file, and then install it.
2. Start the program, the 'Registration Notice' dialog box will appear.
3. Click the 'Register' button. The 'Online Registration' dialog box appears.
4. Select the 'Evaluation License'. Then, click the 'Next' button.
5. The dialog box shows a 'Registration ID' and requires the 'License Key'.

7. Follow the registration instructions on the webpage.
