     If you share your home PC with other people and there's no way you can keep them off changing system settings, like putting up different annoying wallpaper with a pop singer, recklessly deleting threads from the registry and deleting printers from the system, why don't you consider restricting access to the system with PowerRestrictor?
     PowerRestrictor is a program that lets you restrict access to certain system features. You can specify the password so that you only have the right to modify things and set what's been banned for other users and what's been left as it is. The settings available for restriction are grouped under a dozen names - Display, Printers, Registry etc. You can choose which settings panel to show and which to hide, whether to restrict access to the local network and printers or hide all icons from the desktop.
     There's lots of settings to explore and consider if you want to disable them. Try this utility today and check them out yourself.
