I purchased Piracvy Maker some years ago and it worked well until a few weeks ago when it lost all of my hidden files (2 gbytes). They were in folders and the folders were all there but were empty! Was able to recover some files through their diagnostics but all the files were corrupted and unopenable. Tried again with a test bunch of files and they simply disappeared, leaving only the folder name. It seems impossible to get in touch with Webroot to discuss this. On this basis I cannot recomment the program.
