This is a tool that helps manage the applications to be run at the start up time of Windows.

WinStart Manager is lets you manage the start up applications. Adding applications to the list, removing an item from the list etc. are managed easily through the easy to use interface. On the interface you have the directory structure view. This shows you the sections also. This lets you pick up the application you want to add to the start up list. On the right of the interface you have the list of applications that are currently set up to run. For each of the items some relevant information is displayed. After you are done, you can ShutDown, PoweOff or Reboot from this manager application directly.
