Add, delete and edit tasks commands are available to finalize this list. You can directly run a selected task. Enable or disable them individually. Another area in the interface shows commands used in creating a task. These can be edited too to complete the definition of tasks. Tasks are created by combining the available commands. Some of the tasks included in the tool are copying, backing up, renaming, deleting files, running programs, opening URL addresses, and so on. Trigger specifies how frequently the task is to be scheduled. The interface also provides information on when the task was executed last and when it is due again. Hot key operation is possible and can be arranged for each task individually.

Routine operations thus can be scheduled as a task or a combination of tasks and can take out the drudgery of running these repetitive activities. Typical such routines could be backing up data, cleaning up of systems, renaming files etc. File operations such as copying of files, where the files can be filtered by some criteria. One hotkey can run a set of tasks that copy files from a network drive, filter by name, store in a specific directory etc. Same goes for a set of system operations. Log files tell you what went wrong if anything does. Cons: Tasks will need to be tested out before using them in the production mode.
