A tiny program scheduler / command scheduler for Win95/98/NT. Simply specify an execution time as a command-line parameter and specify the command or program and parameters. TSched has an easy-to-use command-line interface. TSched can be used from the command prompt, from batch files, or from any program capable of executing a child process.
