     123Backup is a powerful utility that lets you backup and restore files and folders, system information, registry entries and software settings and data. The program is entirely wizard-driven and even the About page can be accessed through a wizard only. There are a few pre-installed backup settings, such as backing up your ICQ files or Outlook Express address book and messages. You can, of course, add your own sets of files to backup.
