ABC Outlook Express Backup is an easy-to-use tool that allows you to backup and restore your Outlook Express data.

Features: Outlook Express data can easily be backed up with this program. Both back up and restore are handled. Everything related to the mail system is backed up. This includes mail message of course. But besides that news items, address book, rule, mail and news accounts details. Folder structure also is saved. Other items such as blocked senders list, signature files and OE personal settings also are saved. It has a simple interface and should be easy to use even for beginners. Items to be saved or restored can be selected. Backup files are compressed by default. One is able to recover the recoverable data from damaged Outlook Express DBX files.

Back up files can be password protected to prevent unauthorized access. Add notes/comments to the archive as needed. Back up to a different machine or a whole set of media that include DVD + R, DVD+RW, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD-RAM, CD-R, CD-RW. Automatic scheduling is through a scheduler available and you could schedule multiple back up tasks.

Overall: Quite an extensive back up system that can do the job on its own. Good features.
