The Microsoft Windows 98 Backup utility provides a simple and convenient method to backup valuable data to tape or disk. However, it does not provide any command line options to allow users to schedule backups using the Microsoft Windows 98 Scheduled Tasks utility. AutoBackup 98 simply launches the Backup utility and runs the specified Backup job. This allows you to add AutoBackup 98 to the Scheduled Tasks in order to run these backup jobs automatically. Upon completion, an optional status report is displayed. There are two new optional command line switches available under version 1.1: /SHUTDOWN or /R='Your Program.' When the backup is complete, Windows will be shutdown or the program specified by 'Your Program' will be run.
