MS Outlook is the popular e-mail client. All emails, contacts, tasks, calendar information, etc. are stored into PST files. Larger the PST file, slower the performance and hence you need to compress your PST file sometimes. Using compact PST files utility you can compress your PST file and reduce the PST file size to accept more data.

Features: If you are using Outlook versions 97, 2000 and 2002 then your PST file is ANSI PST and it has limitation on 2GB data storage. Select the appropriate option and click on progress button. On screen you can see progress report like PST file name, folder name, mail and attachment. Your compressed PST file gets saved at defined location.
