ZipTouch 'touches', i.e. modifies the date and time offiles residing inside ZIP archives without any need tounpack the files. This is useful for developers thatwant all files in their software package to have thesame date and time (e.g. the release date). Optionally,the ZIP file itself and/or only a subset of the filescan be touched.
