Dirlot

Dirlot, is an effective disk analyzer that displays the relative size of files and subdirectories in a directory on disk using columnar diagram.
This simple and small tool allows you to quickly estimate the amount of space occupied by a file or subdirectory on a parent directory and the pattern in which space is distributed among the directory's elements. The tool uses the columnar diagram to displays the size of files and subdirectories in a directory. With this tool you can: make changes to the parent directory, view the metadata of files, provide options for sorting the files, make selection to diagram columns as linear, logarithmic and root scale; and view the file sizes in bytes, Kbytes, and Mbytes. This application can present size information by color coding, where bigger elements are depicted in red and smaller ones in green.
The reliable tool can save the parameters of its appearance between sessions and will display a progress indicator while retrieving data from a root directory.

- change parent directory
- view files' metadata (creation date etc)
- select sort order (by size and by name)
- select linear, logarithmic and root scale of diagram columns
- view size in bytes, Kbytes and Mbytes.
The utility uses color coding to present size information, so bigger elements will be indicated with red and smaller one with green. It supports also localization so you'll be able to make it speaking your native language.
In addition, the utility saves parameters of its appearance between sessions and can be controlled with command line parameters.
