The program is bogus. A lot of the files are corrupted and they tell you they can`t do anything about it.

I bought this software after my hard drive crashed; 80 dollars. The program only found 4.7 gigs of the 214 gigs of information on the drive, Downloaded PC Inspector Smart Recovery and it found everything.

What an amazing program. I accidentally deleted all the files on my sony handy cam, 2 ½ years worth of video. I was devastated. This program managed to undelete everything and all the videos work perfectly. Wow, thank you so much for giving me back my memories.

The software does not install correctly so not all functions are working. I have contacted Customer Support but there is a 24h delay in response. This is not acceptable. I have requested a refund. Product does not match expectations

After I lost my data partition I purchased Data Doctor Recovery NTFS 3.0.1.5 as it seemed being able to retrieve my lost data. However, I was very much disappointed that it generated lots of false I/O error notifications causing bad data corruption and many directories became grouped under "Miscellaneous" I tried to carefully move back to their original location. In the end I went for R-Studio which flawlessly recovered all data, fast and without any problems!

Even after several attempts using your software, I was unable to recover data from a damaged ZIP disk. I have now successfully retrieved the data using a competitors program. I am a little surprised, but I expect a refund. John Marshall
