This company is a joke. They advertise an unconditional money-back guarantee, but when their software did not work for me, nor was I able to get any kind of tech support through their published number, I tried to obtain a refund. I have been trying unsuccesfully for 4 months now, despite following their refund procedure to the letter. I have also sent several email inquiries and none have been replied to.
