I initially used the Demo version to recover a corrupted ZIP file on Windows. The demo version was able to identify the files and this prompted me to buy the full version, as you need the full version to actually recover and save the files on your PC.
The whole install experience was a nightmare and then when I started using the full version to Recover from the same ZIP file it was still able to identify the files but it did not let me save the files on the PC. I contacted their support who made me upload the ZIP file to their FTP server and asked me to wait for 24 hours for me to receive a link to download the recovered files. Three days passed and I never heard anything back. At this point I tried to contact the support again but they never responded back. The same support could easily be reached during the initial purchase phase. This pathetic. I plan to block the transaction on my credit card.
This is not an enterprise grade software, and their support is certainly not friendly enough to make it anyone`s worth while. To make matters worse, they will not honor the refund, which they so proudly advertise.
Simply put, they are crooks...
