File Splitter Utility is a very useful utility to split any type of file as per specified file size. This utility has capability of splitting files into smaller files as well as merging these split files. This program supports wide range of file formats for splitting such as AVI, MPEG, WAV, MP3 file, TEX, JPEG and BMP etc. The tool can easily break-up / split large files for copying to floppy or sending via email and recreate the original file using merge feature present in the tool.
Features: The application has nice user interface, all features are nicely arranged and are self explanatory. To work on this program, doesn`t require any computer expertise.
To perform splitting of large file into small files, you need to follow simple steps. Add file which you would like to split into smaller file. Define destination folder where you would like to save you split files. Application allows you to choose size where to split; it has three options like floppy disk, CD-R and free size. Free size allows you to define file size for splitting in bytes, KB and MB. Set the size and click on split button to start splitting. After splitting the program create a sub folder in specified folder path with the file name and stored all split files in the folder. To create a one single file from these files, add all split files to the list, select file extension in which type you want to merge file and click on merge button to create a single file.
