The vCard Exporter is a standalone utility to convert MS Outlook contacts to Windows Address Book, vCard (VCF) file and Excel file. This utility works without MS Outlook. The utility is supported on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows XP and Windows Vista platform.

Features: The utility has simple user interface but has very nice features to extract outlook contact to different format. You can select outlook PST file from the supported options like select default outlook contact or select other outlook contact. Select and browse for the PST file from which you would like to extract contact information. Click on scan outlook contact button to extract the contact from PST file, select folder dialog box will popup to select the contact folder. Scanning is done and the status will be displayed as number of contact found. In the next step click on save contact button, another window will open to select an option for export. You can export contact in vCard file, excel file and WAB file. Select an appropriate option like single vCard file mean all contact in single .vcf file or separate vCard file for each contact. Select Excel option to export all contact details in excel format. Choose windows address book option to export in .WAB file format. Click on start conversion button to start conversion process. Select the folder where you would like to save your converted file. The file will be saved at defined location with file name as defined contacts with suffix as timestamp. You can see all the contacts details present in your outlook are extracted in the excel file.

Overall: This is a very good program to convert contact details from outlook contact to excel, vcf and .wab files.
