I downloaded AdvancedCleanerFree a couple of years ago before I upgraded my p.c. then didn`t require the program. I have not been able to remove this wretched thing. When I go into Remove Programmes, and highlight the Advanced Cleaner to remove, it states the program doesn`t exist. Consequently now every time I go into my p.c. the Advanced Cleaner window comes up. It drives me mad. There is no way you can get support to advise you how to deal with it.
