Duplicate File Hunter utility is used to find and delete duplicate files on your local drive or network computer.

Features: Duplicate File Hunter is used to find duplicate copy of a file even if they exist on different folders. To find the duplicate files, application does not go by just file names, it compares the binary content of files and marks as duplicates files that are identical in contents. You could also scan the complete disk for OS files, program files and so on.

Scans can be defined by adding source folder path, file size greater than, file type and file masks. You can search by file type as Image, Audio, Video, Custom and All. Custom file type allows you to add file extension which you want to scan. As an option you can scan the complete drive or a particular branch of the directory. Once your duplicate file search is over, the results in the form of a table is displayed on the screen. The table contains file name, file path, size and CRC32 fields. All duplicate files are divided into groups highlighted in different colors for better visualization. Remove duplicates files which you do not need by selecting manually and pressing the Del key. Double-click on the files to open. Print option allows you to print the search result and keep for your further reference.

Overall: The utility is not very useful because of its limited features.
