The Excel to Outlook utility is very useful to convert list of contacts stored in excel file to outlook contacts. You can also create distribution list for your imported contact and this helps you to send emails in bulk to the group. It supports almost all versions of Excel and Outlook. Microsoft Outlook like 97, 98, 2000, 2003, and 2007.

To perform conversion, you need to simply follow the instruction wizard. In the first step select source Excel file from which you want to create outlook contact. You can preview excel content details in grid view. In second step perform one to one mapping for excel fields and outlook attributes such as first name, last name, email id, company name, address, city, state and many more fields available in Outlook.
