     Program Lock Pro is a useful utility that lets you restrict access to any applications installed on your system. When somebody else tries to run such an application, they will get an alert window with a text message that you specified (something like "Hands off!" would suffice). The utility itself is accessed with a password, and the list of locked programs is duly kept (if you remember to save it).
