     A built-in tool for changing attributes of folders and files leaves much to be desired, allowing a curious individual to change but a few things: make a file or folder hidden, read-only, archived or compressed. With Attribute Changer you will be able to do far more than that.
     Attribute Changer is a tool that lets you do anything you wanted to with file attributes. For example, you can assign a file 'system' value or change its date and time of creation, modification and last access. It is a tool that doesn't have an interface of its own but uses standard Windows interface and is accessible via the right-mouse-button menu.
     Attribute Changer allows you to change attributes on files and folders en masse, using a variety of filters and exceptions to the rule. For example, in a selected folder only attributes of subfolders can be changed according to your requirements, or .zip files only etc. These advanced features, namely filters, are a bit hard to understand at first, but when you grasp the main idea you will appreciate the full power of this program.
