Convert Outlook to Notes is a tool to convert outlook PST to Lotus notes NSF file. This is a standalone utility and works without Microsoft Outlook. Using this utility you can convert outlook emails, address book, journals, calendars, and tasks to Lotus notes NSF File easily. It also converts Outlook groups to Lotus Notes groups and stores them in newly created .nsf file.

For conversion select outlook PST files. The application has two options such as convert/configure outlook mailboxes or convert other PST files. Using convert other PST files option, select outlook PST files which you want to convert to lotus mailbox. With convert configure outlook mailboxes, you can convert default outlook mailbox or configure outlook PST files. Click on Export mail box button, it will navigate you to the screen where you can select PST file from the available configured outlook mailbox. Select the mailbox which you would like to convert; you see the list of folders present in selected mailbox. Select the folders which you would like to convert to lotus notes box. Click on start conversion button, another dialog box will open to specify the folder where you would like to save your new NSF file or you can save in existing NSF file. After successful conversion the software will display a message showing saving location of NSF file. Application supports Lotus Notes 8.0, 7.0, 6.5 and MS Outlook 97, 98, 2000, 2003, 2007.
