Outlook e-mail conversion utility is used to export and convert outlook mails to eml, msg, txt, rtf, vcf, html, mht. Utility also converts other outlook items: contacts, calendar, tasks, notes, journals to eml format.

Features: Outlook conversion utility allows users to convert outlook PST file and save to various file formats like MSG, EML, RTF, VCF, TXT, HTML and MHT. Utility performs conversion of email folders and sub folders (Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items, Outbox), email properties (to, cc, bcc, attachments, sent and received dates).Tool allows users to read outlook emails in html & mht format an in rich text format. Software supports outlook mailbox conversion from MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP/2003/2007.

Software provides an option to select .pst file for conversion. User can select “Convert configured outlook PST mailboxes” or “convert other outlook PST mailboxes”. If you selected convert configured outlook PST mailboxes option and clicks on export mailbox; it opens another window where list of available configured outlook mailboxes is displayed. You can select mailbox from the drop down list, it will display list of folders. You can select folders which you would like to convert. When you click on start conversion it opens another dialog box to select conversion format (msg, eml, rtf, vcf, txt, html, mht) in which you want to export your outlook messages. All messages from selected folder will be converted to selected format in the output directory. File folder path remains similar to the outlooks pst files. In convert other pst file, you can browse to the pst files which you are interested to convert, then select folder and sub folder for conversion. It will convert all the mails to the format (msg, eml, rtf, vcf, txt, html, mht) you selected for conversion. It allows you to migrate your PST Emails to Outlook Express Email. This software is also able to convert both ANSI & UNICODE PST to Outlook Expresses Email. It supports Windows Vista, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 98 operating system.

Overall: This is a very good conversion utility for conversion of outlook emails into various formats.
