Worse than useless. HOSTILE! AVOID! Showed files were available. Uninstalled program after scammy reg process. Installed REAL disk aid...and deleted files had been SHREDDED by this piece of crap scam ware....AVOID!!!!

Worthless! The pretty interface will show you the deleted filename, but the licensed product will do nothing. They hide behind a 3rd party site to take your money and then claim their guarantee does not cover anything. Run away from this vendor!!!

The trial software indicated that my file was recoverable, but because it was not a filetype that Unreaser supported I could not test it. Spent $80 on the real license to find out that the recovered file was worthless. Customer support is very slow, only email, and was of little help. They refuse to issue a refund. What a waste. I could have recovered a useless file for free.
