MS Outlook is a popular email client. PST file store emails, contacts, tasks, contacts, calendar information etc. Larger the PST file, slower the performance and hence you need to compress your PST file. Using Shrink PST File utility you can shrink your PST file and reduce the size of PST to accept more data.

Features: If you are using Outlook versions 97, 2000 & 2002 then the PST file is ANSI PST and it has limitation on 2GB data storage.
