Product is okay but Customer Service is a joke! Was unable to re-install the software after a computer crash. Customer Service tech only communicates via MSN Live but is never available. Sets up times when she will assist and then never comes on line. Finally had to delete software and clean out my registry. Will not use this product again.

Its a good security software,I was searching for a security software to protect my important files,one of my friend told me about this software,I downloaded it and used it to secure my files and i am satisfied that my data is extremely secure with this security application. I used the trial version and now I am a registered user of this product.

faced bugs with the older versions and reported my issue to the vendor,customer support is good but the new version is good. New version is more reliable and fast then the previous versions,fast reliable and new features of virtual keyboard and usb portability are extremely secure and fast.working great on my 64 bit operating system.

I had to reformat my hard drive, another Vista crash, I needed to obtain registered version of Folder Lock. I sent an email had a response in short order. Had a small issue which was also resolved very very quickly and I now have Folder Lock newer version 6.05 up and running on my Windows Xp machine. I just appreciate this quick service.

It is easy to use and to install and appears to provide complete security to files that need to be kept protected and locking them in case of a security breach. The product support has also been excellent.

The latest version is just perfect because it is bug free and possesses new useful features. Folder Lock is the best encryption software created so far. I`m delighted with its new features, simplicity and reliability. The newest feature I liked most is the "increasing memory" feature. So along with proper anti-virus, firewall and backup software folder Lock is highly recommended for pc protection.

Folder Lock is a marvelous software.The new version is far more better than the older ones,the upgraded version has an eye catching outlook.I personally think that its an unblemished software and does the job perfectly for me.

using folder lock for past few years was a great experience,and still using its great features on my notebook,uninstalling the older version and installing the latest one was a piece of cake,the newer version got great features.its really easy to lock folders just by dragging them to the vault or encrypt data just by selecting it.now i can continue my work as normal,using encrypted files and folders as they have never been protected.
