The All-Purpose Spell Checker (APSC) is for Windows 95/98/NT. It can check the spelling of text in almost any text area of Windows. The program is very small and inconspicuous, residing quietly rolled up at the top of the screen. Registered version supports custom dictionaries and the ability to check spelling in languages other than American English.
