I tried a bunch of different free programs designed for this purpose and could not get any of them to work (they all crashed). I was also not willing to pay the absurd price of $30 for cpuIdle. And then after 2 days of searching I found this program and it works very well and looks nice. I am using it with win9x inside of vmware to solve a performance problem.

Nice thing. It doesn`t allow CPU to get HOT. My Celeron 333A woks without a cooler with this thing!!!
