This is a very big help in any kind of computer work. Works with most applications (not with f.ex. Zonealarm though). Features are good but the software is not very stable - f.ex. editing custom menus does not work at least not on my WinXP Home and the application crashes at times particularly when you attempt to capture an area involving more than one application windows. DO NOT WAIT FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT - THEY DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR E-MAILS (tried few times during few months). Still, I would warmly recommend purchasing this product.
