I locked a folder and then when I went to unlock it the software tells me it had an error unlocking it and now the folder is gone from the software menu but still shows up in Windows Explore as a locked folder. Hope I didn`t loose the information in it.

Bad piece of software. I changed my password in the program and now when I try to unlock it won`t accept the new or the old. I`m sure there`s no typos as I made sure (and you have to type it twice). Now my very important files (as that is the type of files you would want to lock!) is gone, possibly forever. Trying to get help from the folderaccess webpage is not possible if you`re not registered but the confirmation mail never appears in my inbox. DON`T USE ON IMPORTANT FILES!
