GIFeq is a small utility that allows you to optimize your GIF files, and reduce the size of them by removing comments and interlacing, optimizing palettes and more. The program can process a single file or entire directory of GIFs, and shows you to the percentage of (byte) savings for each file. The optimized files can be saved to a new folder, so your original images remain unchanged. GIFeq supports static and animated GIF files, AVI to animated GIF conversion, and is also capable of converting full color images to static GIF files using customizable palettes.
