Home Inventory is an application for organizing your home or apartment assets into a simple database.

Home Inventory goes beyond just a mere organizational utility. You can add pictures of the items to the database to serve as a virtual record for your renter’s or home owner’s insurance purposes, burn it to a CD-RW once completed and then drop it off at a safe location like a safety deposit box or another house like a friend or family member’s. If you are ever robbed or a natural disaster ever hits your domicile, just retrieve your backup disc from your offsite location and make a printout when you make your case to your insurer.

Truly a valuable product, if you have assets in your home worth in excess to $2000.00 dollars and they are insured, Home Inventory is a lifesaver, literally. There is so much information that can be tracked it will take quite a while to add everything from an average sized home or apartment into the database.
